In 2025, House of Dancing Water is reborn at City of Dreams, Macau, under the visionary direction of Giuliano Peparini.
Now a permanent show, it is celebrated as the largest aquatic show in the world.
This immersive aquatic production takes audiences on a breathtaking journey between East and West, humanity and technology, emotion and movement. It’s a story told not with words, but with water, bodies, light, and music.
The show has been reimagined — combining Eastern aesthetics with Western dramaturgy, kung-fu with ballet, emotion with precision.
The emblem of 水舞间 (“The House of Dancing Water”) blends calligraphy and water’s movement, symbolizing the soul of the show.
A universal Love Story
At its heart, the show follows a stranger who arrives in a water kingdom and fights to save Princess Annie from the Black Queen. The Heart of Water, a sapphire passed down from Annie’s mother, symbolizes love, family, and the power of choice.
In the finale, performers leap into the water, forming a luminous rainbow wave — an ode to universal love.
